To order

When you place an order with me, I use your personal details to be able to process the order. I may then give your personal details to my delivery service to have the order delivered to you. I also receive information about your payment from your bank.
For this I use your payment details, name and address, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. I do this on the basis of your permission. I keep this information up to one year after your order has been completed and seven years after that (that is the legal storage requirement).

Providing to third parties
I work with certain companies that can receive your personal data from us above.

For the processing of orders I will work together with:
– My payment provider
– My postal company
– My hosting party

Cookies
My web store uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to enter it all the time. But I can also see that you visit me again. When you visit my website for the first time, I’ll show you a notification with an explanation about cookies. I will ask you to agree to the use of these cookies. You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things from my shop will not work properly anymore.

Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use my web store. I have a processor agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what they can keep up with. I have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. I let Google anonymize the IP addresses.

Security
Security of personal data is of great importance to me. I make sure that your details are well protected with me.

Access, change and delete your data

You have the following rights:
– get an explanation about what personal data I have and what I do with it
– access to the precise personal data that I have about you
– to have errors corrected
– the removal of outdated personal data
– withdrawal of permission
– object to a specific use

To file a complaint
If you feel that I am not helping you in the right way with regard to your personal details, then you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisor. This is called the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
