Artworks:
Paintings purchased are unmounted artworks and canvas only (not stretched on a frame). Your local professional framer can stretch the canvas on a frame. This service is typically not expensive.

Due to different screen settings, the colors of the paintings, as seen on your screen, may differ slightly from the actual artwork.

Packaging:
Paintings are carefully rolled and shipped in a tube box to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage.

Processing time:
Orders typically ship within 1 – 3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping:
Paintings are shipped using a signed and insured method. Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via email for real-time updates.

Transit time:
The Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days.
Europe: 2 to 5 business days.
Worldwide: 3 to 15 business days.

Customs and import taxes:
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing. Ensure to research and understand any potential charges before your package arrives. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the return of your order, with no refund for shipping costs.

If a painting arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of receipt. Please mail me a photo of the damage, and I will take it from there.

Returns:
In the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with the artwork, you’re welcome to return the undamaged painting within 14 days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
