If you have any concerns or complaints about the service provided, I kindly request you to reach out to me via email. I will carefully assess your complaint and make every effort to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction.

Once you send your complaint, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge its receipt.

My goal is to respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If for some reason I am unable to provide a response within this timeframe, I will notify you accordingly.

If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, there are additional options available to address the issue. You can register your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. Furthermore, consumers in the European Union have the option to register complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission, which can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If you haven’t already pursued your complaint elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
